- 6:45am - Wake up Time
- 7:00am - Breakfast
- 7:30am - Take a Bath and get ready for School
- 8:30am - School Time
- 10:30am - Time to go Home from School
- 11:00am - Play and Watch Cartoons
- 12:00pm - Lunch Time
- 1:00 to 3:30 or 4pm - Sleeping Time
- 4:00pm - Wake up Time
- 5:00pm - Play Time w/ cousins & neighboorhood friends
- 6:30pm - Dinner Time
- 7:00pm - Take my Shower
- 7:30 or 8:00pm - Study & do my Homeworks
- 8:30pm - Watch Cartoons
- 9:30 or 10:00pm - Time to Sleep

I would like to schedule my iphone to mute or go silent during sleeping hours so that notifications don't wake me up. I still need calls to come through in case of an emergency and I still need the alarm clock to work so I'm not late for work. Is there any way to do this? Maybe an app that I just can't find.
